Jasmin Bhasin (born on 28th June 1990) is an Indian actress and a model who is best known for portraying the role of Twinkle Taneja in Zee TV’s famous Hindi serial Tashn-e-Ishq. She has appeared in more than thirty television shows including serials and reality TV shows. She has also appeared in more than five Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam films. Currently, she is in the headlines for the latest season of Bigg Boss 14 on Colors TV.

Early life and Background
Jasmin Bhasin was born in Kota, Rajasthan, India in a Sikh family to father, Surpal Bhasin and mother, Gurpreet Kaur Bhasin. She follows Sikhism and holds an Indian Nationality. She has a younger brother named Sardar Mankar Singh. Her father works in a private company and her mother is a housewife. Jasmin completed her schooling from Birla School in Pilani, Rajasthan. After completing her schooling, she joined SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai to pursue her graduation. She wanted to have become a model so she joined the modelling industry after her graduation.
Personal life
Jasmin was in a love relationship with a normal guy named Suraj Wadhwa. Suraj was not from the television industry. The couple dated for a while but later got split due to some personal reasons. Currently, it is being speculated that she is dating television star, Aly Goni.

Career
Jasmin started her professional career as a model. She has worked with many modelling agencies in many modelling assignments throughout her modelling career. It is said that she was spotted by a Tamil director while she was shooting for a jewellery advertisement who offered her a role in his film, Vaanam. She made her debut in the film industry with Vaanam in 2011. From then she appeared in more than five films of different languages including Malayalam, Tamil, etc.
Jasmin made her television debut with Zee TV’s serial Tashn-e-Ishq in 2015 as Twinkle Taneja. She has also appeared in television shows like Jamai Raja, Tu Aashiqui, Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji, Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Nach Baliye 9, Funhit Mein Jaari, etc. She was the finalist in 2020’s Fear Factor: Khataron Ke Khiladi. She has been appearing on the famous reality television show Bigg Boss since Bigg Boss 11. She appeared on Bigg Boss 11 and 12 as a guest. Currently, she is a contestant in Bigg Boss 14.
