Ishaa Saha (born on 25th February 1985) is a very famous Bengali actress and model. She is best known for playing the roles of Jhinuk in Bengali thriller drama Guptodhoner Sandhane and Sraboni in romantic comedy Projapoti Biskut. She has done many Bengali movies, television series and web series.

Early life and Background 

Ishaa Saha was born in Kolkata, West Bengal, India to a traditional Bengali family. She has Indian nationality and belongs to a Bengali-Hindu background. Her family always supported her and stood by her in all of her decision. She loved having loved ice cream, Chinese, and Bengali food as a kid. She still is a foodie. Ishaa is a gym freak and also takes care of her body.

Ishaa completed her schooling from St. Xaviers School in Kolkata. She wanted to be an advocate, so she pursued L.L.B and graduated from the University of Calcutta. After graduating she did an internship for six months in Kolkata High Court. She wanted to be an advocate but in 2016 when she got the offer to portray Lobongo Lata Sen Sharma/ Lobu in Jhaanj Lobongo Phool, she changed her mind and chose acting as her career.

In the initial stages of her life, Ishaa wanted to be an advocate, she also did a six-month internship in the Kolkata High Court, but she changed her mind when she got the offer to cast in Jhaanj Lobongo Phool in 2016. She played the role of Lobongo Lata Sen Sharma/ Lobu in that TV show. After her first project she knew that this was the career she wants to excel in.

Her acting and modelling career started with this show. Her performance in that show turned some eyes, and she started getting offers from Bengali directors. In 2017, She played the role of Sraboni in romantic comedy Projapoti Biskut. She performed exceptionally well in that movie which helped her gain a huge fan following. In 2018, she acted as Jhinuk Majumdar in the movie Guptodhoner Sandhane.

A year later in 2019, she worked in seven projects, five of which were movies like Sweater, Durgeshgorer Guptodhon, Bhalobasar Shohor – Kolkata Kobitara, Daab Chingri, Buro Sadhu. Apart from movies, She did two web series Japan Toy and Calm Sutra, that year. Her worth has increased exponentially because of her talent and exceptional performances.
