Early Life and Background
Anil Thadani was born in Delhi, India to Kundan Thadani and Mana Shetty. He belongs to a reputed Hindu family. His father was also a director. He completed his schooling abroad and then came to do his graduation from the Indian institute of technology, Madras. He got a BTech degree and then went abroad for further education. He did his M.Sc. in chemical engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. After completing his post-graduation, Anil went on to do his MBA from the University of Berkley, California.

Anil Thadani is currently married to the former Bollywood actress, Raveena Tandon. She is his second wife. Anil was married to producer Romy Sippy’s daughter, Natasha Sippy earlier. They got divorced and then he dated Raveena for five to six months and later got married to her in February 2004. They are blessed with two children. Their daughter’s name is Rasha Thadani and their son’s name is Ranbir Thadani.

Career
Anil Thadani initially started his career as a research Engineer at Chevron Chemical Company but later joined Symphony International Holdings Limited as the director of the company. Anil then established Symphony investment managers limited and became its chairman. He has also worked as a director of the company, Orchid Chemicals, and Pharmaceutical Ltd. For a period of five years from 2005 to 2010. Currently, he is one of the giant directors and distributors of AA films. His company has distributed lord of notable and famous movies like Humpty Sharma ki Dulhania, Fukrey, Firangi, welcome to Karachi, etc. Anil’s company and Karan Johar’s Dharma productions distributed Bahubali 2- The conclusion’s Hindi version which became the first movie ever to have crossed over 1000 crore worldwide in 2017.
